Sayuri Uno (Yusa Furusawa), Jiutamai dancer

Ms. Unou pursued her studies in Kyoto and Tokyo under the guidance of Yoshinosuke and Hideka Fujima. In 2001, she made her debut at the Emilia-Romagna Festival in Italy, which was broadcast by the Italian National Television (RAI). Subsequently, she transitioned to Jiutamai following rigorous training and received her stage name “Yusa” from the headmaster of the Furusawa school, Yuho Furusawa. Her inaugural solo performance was held at La Sainte-Chapelle in Paris (registered as a UNESCO site). She has received support from major foundations of art, including the Asahi Beer Arts Foundation and the Yamaha Music Foundation, which has enabled her to perform at a number of festivals in Europe and in numerous halls across the globe, including the USA, Ireland, France, Italy, Germany and Japan. Of particular note is her collaboration with the Biwa master Yukio Tanaka and the composer Carlo Forlivesi, which was well received by the audience and specialised magazines alike and received multiple representations. In 2017, she was bestowed with the honorific title of "Knight for Peace" by the International Centre for Peace of Assisi. Currently, she resides in Stuttgart, where she provides instruction and performs Jiutamai throughout Europe.

Sayuri Unou studierte Nihon Buyo in Kyoto und Tokio bei Yoshinosuke Fujima und Hideka Fujima. Im Jahr 2001 gab sie ihr Debüt in Italien, wo sie als einer der Höhepunkte des Emilia-Romagna Festivals und des Il Circolo della Musica auftrat. Der Auftritt wurde vom italienischen Staatsfernsehen (RAI) ausgestrahlt. Anschließend wechselte sie zu Jiutamai und erhielt nach intensivem Training ihren Künstlernamen Yusa vom Direktor der Furusawa-Schule, Ufo Furusawa.

Ihre Konzerttätigkeit wurde von der Asahi Beer Arts Foundation und der Yamaha Music Foundation gefördert. Ihre erste Soloaufführung von Jiutamai gab sie in La Sainte-Chapelle in Paris. Sie tanzte bereits auf großen Festivals wie dem Ravenna Festival, dem Marjorie Ward Marshall Dance Center in Chicago, der Elektronischen Nacht in Stuttgart und tanzte in vielen Kirchen und Sälen in Europa.

Sie setzt ihr Talent auch außerhalb der traditionellen Szene ein, indem sie an einer Vielzahl von Crossover-Kollaborationen teilnimmt, die sie zu einer Zusammenarbeit mit dem renommierten Biwa-Meister Yukio Tanaka und dem Komponisten für zeitgenössische Musik Carlo Forlivesi geführt haben.

2017 wurde sie vom Internationalen Friedenszentrum in Assisi mit dem Titel "Ritter für den Frieden" ausgezeichnet. 

Zurzeit lebt sie in Stuttgart und gibt Unterricht und Aufführungen von Jiutamai in Europa.

宇納小百合／古澤侑紗

京都市生まれ。

藤間流藤間美之祐、藤間秀嘉、地歌舞古澤流家元古澤侑峯に師事。

2001年に作曲家カルロ·フォルリヴェジとのコラボレーション活動をきっかけに古典芸能を現代音楽と融合することで、新しいメディアでの日本舞踊の可能性を追求する。2003年現代音楽と日本舞踊のイタリアツアー公演がヤマハ音楽財団音楽活動支援賞を受賞、国営テレビRAIで放映される。

その後地歌舞に転向、古澤流家元古澤侑峯に師事。師の内弟子的存在として、東京、大阪、宝塚で集中稽古に励み、名取名『侑紗』を許される。ダンテ·アリギエーリ劇場、シカゴマーシャルダンスホール、ドイツ現代音楽祭、エミリア· ロマー ニャ音楽祭、ラベンナフェスティバル、フランス世界遺産サント·シャペルで単独公演、薩摩琵琶の第一人者田中之雄氏とのフランス、イタリアツアー公演（アサヒビール芸術文化財団後援）ほか、ヨーロッパ各国で地歌舞公演を展開。2017年イタリア、アッシジで平和大使に任命される。
現在ドイツ、シュトゥットガルトを拠点に、地歌舞の公演、ワークショップ、教室を行う。
